The room was comfortable with everything needed, a fridge, a kettle, and a great view from a high floor. Check-in is pretty early. Cleaning was perfect with new water bottles every day. Breakfast was not a buffet but very tasty and at a reasonable price. Staff were very helpful.

Very good location, very friendly and helpful staff, room not too big but with all facilities. Breakfast at the hotel was good, there is a Terrace whith a nice view and you can also enjoy the pool, a good choise especially during hot days.

Friendly staff and easy to go to different places because bus stop is just in front of the hotel. We also got an upgraded room which was awesome! Free shuttle is a plus as well.

I have never stayed at a hotel before where the entire staff was absolutely professional, helpful and very friendly. Normally, I come across one or two bitter or disgruntled employees. Not here. Hong Kong hospitality is where its at. :)

Good aircon Well equipped room with a safe, tea and coffee and fridge, complimentary bottled water every day. Room cleaned daily. Hourly shuttle bus to Hong Kong station town centre and ferries.
